I am preparing for my 3rd competition this year and am very happy with the improvement I have made in this last year but would like still to be a bit more striated and vascular, ecspecially in my legs, happy with my current size but may try to add just a bit next year to arms and lats.

Workout Program:
I do cardio every morning, 7 days a week, usually manual bike or the eliptical, I train chest and back on tuesday, legs wednesday and biceps, triceps and shoulders on thursday. I train abs daily. I do no less than 15 reps and 4-5 sets of each exercise.

Hopefully you can compete in the Lonestar, but you can only do what your leg will allow. The July show isn't too far behind the June one. Keep me posted on which one you decide to do. AND Happy training! ... the DIET is 80% of it anyway ;)

That's okay, I've been busy too. I understand about the 2aday ... me too! I'm increasing my cardio these last two weeks to try to drop some more bf. I'm doing the INBF in Austin and FAP in Houston in the next few weeks. Good luck with your contest prep ... still doing the Lonestar?
