I would like to become more defined and cut, getting rid of some stubborn fat on my buttocks an hips.
Goal (Long):
3 years ago I employed the help of a personal trainer primarily to get over a hump with weight loss and overall fitness, since then I have lost over 60lbs, and last year competed in 2 NPC bodybuilding competitions. I am very excited to see the positive changes in my body, however @ 42 years old I find several areas very difficult to improve, buttocks and outer thighs, my goals are to lose excess body fat in these areas and become as cut and shredded as possible for 2008 competition, I am competeing this year and am improved but not satisfied.
I do cardio every morning, 7 days a week, usually manual bike or the eliptical, I train chest and back on tuesday, legs wednesday and biceps, triceps and shoulders on thursday. I train abs daily. I do no less than 15 reps and 4-5 sets of each exercise.
Well Karla....to make a long story short. I've been detoxing for about two months now. So I haven't been able to train. But my eating habits are way better and I'm the leanest I've ever been. Speaking of photos....Its about time for me to update lol. You are looking good!!!!
I work-out at Gold's Gym Hester's Crossing or Tech Ridge. I like their swimming pools for cardio and leg building runs. Thanks for the add and encouragements. Good luck in all your training. Also, welcome back to bodyspace. ---Glenn
