How I Started:
I started bodybuilding back in 2001 when a good friend of mine introduced me to the gym and different exersices. Prior to my introduction I had never touched a weight and had no disire to. At that time I was only 215 lbs..
Why I Love It:
Working out is the fountain of youth. Especially in my proffession in the Army you MUST be fit! So at my rank I cant stress to soldiers physical fitness and not be a living example. I also love to be distinguished. Im 6'1 265lbs so its hard to miss me.
How I Stay Motivated:
My future is my motivation. y family line has a history of health issues from high blood presure to diabeties and so on.. my physical lifestyle has actually helped my to not be effected by these things
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishments is basically where I have made it thus far. When I came in the Army back In 98' I was just a short chubby guy trying to make a change in his life. Now I do all I can to help others make changes and acheive their goals

My favorite excersice for my back is 1# Pull ups/chin ups.. I do em everyday.. 2nd for serious mass Deadlift... my goal is to get more spread and in depth definition

Im currently 265lbs at 6'1 tall. I would like to Build more full bellied muscles and define my physique as a whole. Im currently in Iraq and have plenty of time to take advantage of a clean diet and good workout techniques. By the time I leave Iraq I want Bodybuilding competition to be an option for me.

You're right. Back is crucial. He he, that workout looks pretty sick and I like the fact it starts off with one of my fave exercises for back, pull-ups.
Hah, sometimes I think I might train back too much. How is your training and everything?
In the middle of my 4th week of DC training- it's going well but it's draining as hell. More mass?! Man what are you doin'- benchin tanks? (lol) Keep beastin' it, bruh!
That is always fun to judge. It can be stressful when you are awarding a pro card though. I tke judging serious since I have to be judged by some of the same people I am judging with. But it is still cool to do.
