I was always athletic in High school. Once I graduated College I stopped being active and eventually ended up gaining 30 pounds. I could always eat what I wanted, not anymore! I got back in the Gym to lose weight.Shortly after attending the Dexter Jackson Classic last year I decided I wanted to compete, and started training immediatly after. That was in August of last year! For being all Natural & straight up busting my butt in the gym. I would definatly say my results have been awsome. At 9% bodyfat I can't complain!
Why I Love It:
It's part of my schedule each week. without going to the gym i feel like something would be missing in my life. It gives me drive and confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at old pictures of myself. and Consistantly reading fitness magazines and looking at all the women that are where I want to be and what I want to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
Since March of last year my bodyfat has went from 18.5 to 9%. I've lost 30 pounds of fat, if not more and gained a lot of muscle comepletly transforming my body. I'm competing this year to win!

thank you so much for ading me. Wow you rocked my bench press squat and deadlift!! Whats your secret to your strength... amazingly cut arms... how do you work them??
