What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I like to do some high intensity interval on eliptical or treadmill because I can get it done in a short ammount of time and I love the high intensity work. How many days per week do you do cardio?

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-10 reps at 3 sets for my upper body and 12-15 at 3 sets for my lower body.
