I m looking for a basic transformation of my body. i hate fat and i want to change it into muscles.
Goal (Long):
up to now i succeeded to lose 8kg of fat in 2 months but actually i have to lose another 5 or 6kg, so i'm doing my best and i m training hard to reach my aim. i ve found my way in bodybuilding and i m very satisfied about the results i have reached up to now and i m optimistic about the future. and let me tell that bodybuilding is the best sport i have ever practiced.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i look at my abs and see the enormous mass of fat that it gathers and i say to myself that it needs more work and suffering but the results worth the fight.by this i have an self-source of stimulation...more

i ve traveled to another city for another mission. yesterday i went to seeĀ  a gym which is nearby. it's a good one so i decided to go there for a leg session. i ll try to focus on calves.
