I m looking for a basic transformation of my body. i hate fat and i want to change it into muscles.
Goal (Long):
up to now i succeeded to lose 8kg of fat in 2 months but actually i have to lose another 5 or 6kg, so i'm doing my best and i m training hard to reach my aim. i ve found my way in bodybuilding and i m very satisfied about the results i have reached up to now and i m optimistic about the future. and let me tell that bodybuilding is the best sport i have ever practiced.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
i would rather talk about my private live cause i m not yet engaged. well! bodybuilding has completely changed my life as far as my way of behaving is concerned. actually, i see life in another way, a way that is more organized and structured. for instance,in the past i used to eat anything that can calm my stomach without carrying any attention to its nutritional value, now i am more concerned about the benefits that i can grasp from food, training and sleeping. i would rather talk about my private live cause i m not yet engaged. well! bodybuilding has completely changed my life as far as my way of behaving is concerned. actually, i see life in another way, a...more
i ve traveled to another city for another mission. yesterday i went to seeĀ a gym which is nearby. it's a good one so i decided to go there for a leg session. i ll try to focus on calves.
