my food is not organized because i don't know what to eat but my workout about 4 days the first day is back and the second day is shoulders and trab the third day bi and tri the 4th day is chest and abs.

Goal (Long):
all my life i try to have a good body shape with muscle but i disappointed every time because my body doesn't change unless with a small or low rate.my weak points i have a very thin neck and i have fats in my abs also my leg is small and contain fats not muscled.
