Yeah i def need more cardio. i'd much rather do cardio outdoors but with as many sand/dust storms as we have out here its hard!

Nah, i'm not that lucky...everyone else out here can wear civilian pt attire. My company is the only one from our battalion that has a strict green-on-green pt uniform rule. so we gotta wear our uniforms too...i dont mind it that much though...man its startin to get hot huh??

yayy! i got my pills in the mail today. i LOVE when i get mail! lol...
i'm anxious to see how my body reacts to them. isnt it funny how something as simple as some pills or anything new thats fitness related can give u extra motivation?? lol...i'm almost due for some new running shoes!! i'll get them at the end of the month =]

No, not taking anything yet. but i ordered Lipo-6 Hers...should be here today or so. i took lipo 6 a while back and its been the only fat burner that doesnt upset my stomach or make me feel loopy. we'll see how this one works.

OMG! i love Bebe dresses! i like them bcuz they are short! its hard to find a short dress when ur already short. ahahah! they end up fitting 'normal' the dress in my default pic is from Bebe. so where are u going for R&R?
