How I Started:
I have been a tom-boy forever. I have an older brother but I feel I was my fathers son. I have been a jock all my childhood life. I played volleyball, basketball, softball,(in school and in the summer). Took a body building class in college, loved that but no education with eating or even what to do. So now 12 years later I am ready t do it right.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I feel better.
I have a very outgoing peronality and when I am tired I am not very nice.
I love people and it takes allot of energy to have fun so I am ready to get back to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a very supportive husband, mother-in-law ( not many can say that) and family in gerneral. They know that anything I do will help them in the long run because I love to do things for them. More energy for fun.
BB Accomplishments:
Learning how to eat right at this point.

I just want to loose my weight to avoid the family health problems. But of course every women wants a hot body, and what better time then now. I at the end of one year I would like to be at 180, or so but I want to get down to about 140 or so, but healthy.

good to hear from you. Glad that you are back eating clean... Keep it up. About the ab exercises, remember you can not spot reduce. Your weight is going to come off by burning calories. If you are wanting to make the stomach smaller, cardio (any type like walking, biking, swimming, etc.) will help with that. Keep me updated.
That's my biggest thing, too... I want results immediately. But I didn't gain an unwanted 30 pounds immediately. We will encourage each other. Keep me posted.
