I can have a great day of eating clean.. all my meals are spaced and timed just right and with the right amount of carbs proteins and veg's.. then comes dinner!!! and I crave something more comforting, something well that I am not suppose to eat!!! why is this! This has to stop!

I know exactly what you're talking about. It takes a while to get in the groove of eating clean. I have a hard time with it too. It's such a lifestyle change. It just come down to discipline. You're lucky though, you don't have as much as me to lose. You already look good to me in your progress pics.. :)

Good ! I'm getting bigger and stronger. But I'm still trying to lose bodyfat. I'm eating clean and cranking up the cardio. I always gain weight when I start eating clean. Just the way my body works, I guess..
