Goals:
Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Maintain roughly around the same weight, get more cut with some added muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase my lifting weights as well as maintain a steady stamina level. I have trouble getting cut after bulking up so I am actually starting about 4 months in advance for next year's summer. My chest and my biceps are the dominating muscles. I want to volumize my triceps, shoulders, and my back more than anything right now. Volumizing is my priority, getting cut will come as I start making my diet more strict along with my motivation.
Weight Goal:
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually I do 10 reps per set because it seems like the perfect balance for me to conserve my stamina for more sets. I do try to push for 12 but I use my judgement and stop myself if I have to.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
They motivate you (vice versa) and they are great for spotting.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
improper form
lack of a spotter
weight is too high
jerky movements
not paying attention
improper breathing
faulty equipment
ego.

I think those are the most common reasons.

Oh! Well, it looks great! Thanks about the curves. :) I would LOVE to do a photo shoot next summer if I could find a good photographer that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This is of course contingent upon my body looking decent enough.

Yea, especailly since i know you have been going real hard...I am starting to get there myself,(i have been sore for ever, and can see it) which is why i will try not to lift for atleast 5 straight days (will try for 7, but yea know)you may mant to give it a try too...i know i ussally feel 1000/% better after!!

Nov 17, 2009 2:15pm
umm thats odd...when was the last time you took a few days off from lifting (more than 2 in a row, preferbly like 5 stright)? Reason i ask is i know you have been going reall hard lately, and 2 of the most noticable signs of over traing are no motavation and sleep issues..that may not be the case at all, but i have had issue like that before...
