Maintain roughly around the same weight, get more cut with some added muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase my lifting weights as well as maintain a steady stamina level. I have trouble getting cut after bulking up so I am actually starting about 4 months in advance for next year's summer.
My chest and my biceps are the dominating muscles. I want to volumize my triceps, shoulders, and my back more than anything right now.
Volumizing is my priority, getting cut will come as I start making my diet more strict along with my motivation.
Usually I do 10 reps per set because it seems like the perfect balance for me to conserve my stamina for more sets. I do try to push for 12 but I use my judgement and stop myself if I have to.
When I am maxing out, I go until failure which is uaually 1-4 reps. Usually I do 10 reps per set because it seems like the perfect balance for me to conserve my stamina for more sets. I do try to push for 12 but I use my judgement and stop myself if I have to.
Description: Dips, 3x25lb plates x 9 reps
Different angles for ez bars with 60lbs.
Increased my dips, my nearly 50% since the last time I maxed out, and my biceps look pretty good :)
yea man, had a great holliday hope you did too. I came pretty close to my mini goal of 240 by turkey day. hit 243. My big goal is 235 for Xmas, and I'm on target for that!!!! :)
Oh! Well, it looks great! Thanks about the curves. :) I would LOVE to do a photo shoot next summer if I could find a good photographer that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This is of course contingent upon my body looking decent enough.
Yea, especailly since i know you have been going real hard...I am starting to get there myself,(i have been sore for ever, and can see it) which is why i will try not to lift for atleast 5 straight days (will try for 7, but yea know)you may mant to give it a try too...i know i ussally feel 1000/% better after!!
umm thats odd...when was the last time you took a few days off from lifting (more than 2 in a row, preferbly like 5 stright)? Reason i ask is i know you have been going reall hard lately, and 2 of the most noticable signs of over traing are no motavation and sleep issues..that may not be the case at all, but i have had issue like that before...
