How I Started:
I've been an athlete all my life. Wrestling, Cross Country, Track and Field, Pole Vault. I now workout to stay in shape, be healthy, and enjoy training in mixed martial arts.
Why I Love It:
Higher energy level, more confidence, I feel better, Easier to do those odd things that come up in life that require lifting things or those fun things that involve lifting people :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting up vacations or events that I know I want to look good for. Remembering my family's uncanny ability to die in their early 60's.
BB Accomplishments:
None in terms of bodybuilding, but I've had a pretty good sports career.
