hi ,MRP means meal replacement protein drink,or try a mass gainer that is what you need. but eating 5 meas a day takes discpline, just like working out does. u can prepare your meals and store in little tubs in fridge. thanx, dave.

your'e welcome. its easy to do to gain your calorie requirement, drink a MRP each day and eat 5 small meals then u will make 2000 easy dont worry about if its too much cals though you will at least grow more muscle. i begana new workout today in the style of serge nubret..it involves many sets and many reps as well with a weight i can handle with proper strict form. honestly my body took a new shape afterwards.

hi Kapay, good to see you are a gym rat too. I have some tips for u,work out your minimum calorie needs per day and stick to the minimum always or your body wont have the energy to turn the muscles into monsters.make sure you eat about 1.5 grammes of high bio vlaue protein per kilo bodyweight.dotn amtter what brand it is,look for high content of the bcaa's...leucine,isoleucine and valine. straight after workout drink 3:1 carbs:protein with bcaa tablets.
