How I Started:
I have been lifting for a couple years now, but I didnt seriously lift until August 2008. I just started hitting the weights in our school's weight room after school with a friend of mine.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get after a workout is just incredible. I love to build a sweat and come out feeling like I've accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
One of my best friends is bigger and stronger than I am. I want to be able to easily keep up with him instead of when I do my max 1 time and he does it twice.

Goal (Long):
Hit the weights hard as soon as spring comes and I am able to lift again. Gain atleast 10 pounds of muscle. I want to increase all my lifts and make sure I am effective in the weight room. I need to really do my best to eat better and be healthy.
Layne has built his body up naturally without the use of PH's, steroids, etc. Inspires me to stay on the natural path and bust my ass every time im in the gym. Thanks for the motivation
I'm seeing good progress that I know isnt just noob gains any more. My weight is increasing at a slow and steady pace while my bodyfat has only increased 1% in a couple months. I'm seeing new veins on my forearms what seems like a new one everyday. Shoulder and bicep veins are coming in and...
im not 100% sure just yet man. I still am not filled out yet. I think i still got a girly kinda torso, so once its filled out than ill cut. But ill probably top out at 215lbs then cut.
