When I Started: Aug, 1995
How I Started: After seeing Terminator I filled plastic Coke bottles with sand and started to lift without knowing how to do really.
Why I Love It: It's for me the searching for the perfect body, the feeling to be able to do what I want with it and to be able to form it following my desire.
How I Stay Motivated: Just as Lou Ferrigno done in "Pumping Iron": screaming "Arnold, Arnold, Arnold" and some heavy music.
BB Accomplishments: I done 19 contests in 3 years, and my satisfaction is to be better on each new one. I added 46 pounds on my contest bodyweight and arrived second in France championship.
