How I Started:
Loved super heroes as a kid and I still do and they had muscles so I wanted muscles too.
I have always been active whether it was martial arts, playing various sports or breakdancing. I stayed in good shape by just doing these activites without weight training.
Why I Love It:
It has become such apart of my life that I don't even know why I love it. I just do it and I feel DAMN GOOD ^_^
Not! working out to me would be the equivalent to not brushing your teeth and not taking a shower. It would feel NASTY not doing it.
It just wouldn't be right lol
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know i just stay motivated. Don't get me wrong im not motivated 24/7. Sometimes i'd rather pick up a video game controller instead of a weight LOL!
Thats just real talk.
Just seeing peoples physique is very motivating.
Also I think that by joining this site the community here will add fuel to my motivation ^_^
