Bulking for the first time ever. Hoping to hit 210 clean then cut back down and beast mode all over your face.
EDIT: Change of plans. No asia vacation in the spring to put a time constraint on my bulk. So i'm gunna drag it out for a few more months.
Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results.
