thanks, henry!!! i've really been trying to step it up. trying to make myself do 1-2 more reps when i would have stopped in the past. also, the weight i'm lifting is jumping... i think mostly due to the mstak/pump supps i just did (wrote up the experience in my blog). anyway looks like you putting on some nice size/definitiion in your latest progress pic. keep it up, man!
