How I Started:
I finally have no distruction out here so I found time to really focus on what I want to change on my body. My job requires a fit spirit and that lives, like everybody knows, in a healthy body....and here I am.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever. Since I am pretty much constantly at work, the gym became my place where I just can be myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, I work out with a friend. Great motivation.... We read a lot of fitness oriented magz as well and the displayed pictures are a constant inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I just started to seriously working out my accomplishments are not that major...yet. Even though it is hard now and then, I like the much healthier way I eat right now and the feeling of a better developed metabolism.

I need to get some serious results....

Mondays ( Chest, Biceps & Abs )

- dips ( 4 sets - 15, 8, 6 and 4 reps )
- db./ cable flyes ( 4 sets - 15, 8, 6 and 4 reps )
- incline bench press ( 4 sets - 15, 8, 6 and 4 reps )

- bb. curls ( 3 sets - 8 to 12 reps...
