How I Started:
I finally have no distruction out here so I found time to really focus on what I want to change on my body.
My job requires a fit spirit and that lives, like everybody knows, in a healthy body....and here I am.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever. Since I am pretty much constantly at work, the gym became my place where I just can be myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, I work out with a friend. Great motivation.... We read a lot of fitness oriented magz as well and the displayed pictures are a constant inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I just started to seriously working out my accomplishments are not that major...yet.
Even though it is hard now and then, I like the much healthier way I eat right now and the feeling of a better developed metabolism.

Well, first of all me and my workout partner always try to get close to the edge...so most of the workouts don't stay for long or get adjusted to a reach a new edginess...

1. Workout - Upper Body ( Arms, Shoulders, Back )
Superset: - across bench...
not to bad...only thing is I would split your upper day into 2 days so you dont burn yourself out. like 2 exercises for each group then on the other day another 2, that way you dont get bored with the same thing every other day or so.
Thanks for the ad a compliment. You are doing great, and sticking w/ it will pay off sooner than you think. I take fish oil to help supplement my Omega 3 daily requirement, plus it's a great mood regulator. I am in Iraq, I need my cool :). I did take other stuff in the past, but stuck w/ FO.

I have been active my whole life, football, wrestling in school ,then boxing and MMA for the last 10 years but the whole adding weight for me is a pain! and hey i only have 5 inches on you! short people rule!!!!
you can do abs everyday...but to actually "see" them is the burn fat from cardio and your diet. I will send you a diet and workout article I wrote. Might help you understand better. let me know.
I have ALWAYS been told this. you can do abs everyday, all day but if your diet sucks, so will your abs. I dont even work abs...i do a lot of core work and that keeps them nice. When i am cutting i only do abs every 2-3 days. they are a muscle and need rest. dont kill yourself on them.
