182 lbs. Same pose, 172 lbs (+/- 3lbs)
Before I started at the gym, fresh out of a year at college where I was quite inactive.
Quite a bit lighter here and a lot more definition, but still the same size waist as in June. Gained a couple of inches around my chest, thighs and biceps.

Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
Gain 10-15lbs of muscle, and a have leaner physique. Increase strength, and stamina on cardio days.
Goal (Long):
I need to increase my core strength, so when I start rugby my bones will not break upon a big hit. I'm working hard on my legs and the results so far I am pleased with. I want to be more althetic and muscular. I'm concentrating on strength training initially. I have a six pack, I just can't get it to show, that would be something I really need advice on.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

How many days per week do you lift weights?

Where do you get your workout programs?
My friend is a personal trainer, he gives me one and I change it around every 6 weeks.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-45 seconds, body releases more testosterone/HGH between short rests. Usually drink, adjust any equipment, or simply catch my breath during this time.
