Before I started at the gym, fresh out of a year at college where I was quite inactive.
Quite a bit lighter here and a lot more definition, but still the same size waist as in June. Gained a couple of inches around my chest, thighs and biceps.
Gain 10-15lbs of muscle, and a have leaner physique. Increase strength, and stamina on cardio days.
Goal (Long):
I need to increase my core strength, so when I start rugby my bones will not break upon a big hit.
I'm working hard on my legs and the results so far I am pleased with.
I want to be more althetic and muscular. I'm concentrating on strength training initially.
I have a six pack, I just can't get it to show, that would be something I really need advice on.
My friend is a personal trainer, he gives me one and I change it around every 6 weeks.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-45 seconds, body releases more testosterone/HGH between short rests. Usually drink, adjust any equipment, or simply catch my breath during this time.
Day 1
Legs
- Squats: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 5 and 3
- Leg Press: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 10, 12
- Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 10-12
- Leg extension/curls superset: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 10 and 12
Shoulders
- Front Raises (Dumbbell): 3 sets 12, 10 and 8
- Arnold Presses: 5 sets 12, 10,...
