How I Started:
I have always been thin most of my life, and was into bodybuilding back in 1986-1988. Then I re-married in 2006 and by August 2008 I was 28 pounds heavier!!
I was 152 pounds and never in my life weighed that, even when pregnant, I delivered my son @ 132 pounds, then my daughter at 133 pounds.
Well, I felt horrible, so august 2008, desperate to lose weight, I went to medi-weight loss (I know...very bad), but I got down to 128 pounds. Now I was a skinny fat person and my ass was touching the back on my leg..eewwww. I basically was keeping the weight off if I didn't eat carbs, but the minute I ate too many carbs I gained 8 pounds in 2 days!!! So finally in June 2009, I knew I had to join a gym and tone up and start eating right. While searching the internet for workout info, I found BB.com!!!!
Why I Love It:
I see the transformation taking place and want to look the best that I ever have in my life. I love the way I feel after a workout and eating clean.

This photo I weighed about 145# But I got up to 152# by August 2008. That's when I said "OMG!!"
Plus I had no energy, was tired all the time, and was getting headaches daily.
