How I Started:
Tired of being 130 pounds and weak. I did alot of cardio, but really no lifting. So I changed it up. I did less cardio and started hitting the weights and loved it.
Why I Love It:
I love to watch my body change. It boosts your confidence, and it is fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I will keep getting bigger and stronger
