Background
For the first time that I bought Oxygen (Australia) magazine on May 2011...Jamie Eason was on the cover. I started reading it and thought that was easy and achievable to reach a lean physique...so I joined a 24hours gym...Now I'm loving every workout day!!! :)
It's not too much or too time consuming like I thought it would be. It's a 1-1.5 hours "daily treat" that I give my self every day!!! In January 16th I started Jaime Eason's 12 week LiveFit Trainer.... I have to say that it is not easy... but I'm committed until the end... The good news is that I have not cheated food wise and I'm up to date with the workouts... The bad news is that I'm working out through pain...so it's a love-hate workout! :)

I started out eating the foods for this plan... but now i have reduced my carbs to be able to see more results on the scale!

Supplements are really important!!!
This is what I take dayly:
4 capsules of fish oil
1 women's multivitamin
1 capsule of carnitine
1 capsule of chromium picolinate
1 tablet of calcium supplement
1g of BCAA mixed in my water bottle (while working out)
25g of Isolate whey protein (for after workouts)
1 capsule of Probiotics
1 tspn of Glutamine (with empty stomach before going to bed)
