How I Started: I started out to feed my ego. I simply wanted to look good. Now I want to be healthy from the inside out.
Why I Love It: I like staying lean... I wouldn't mind gaining a little bit of weight.
How I Stay Motivated: I want to look good and feel healthy. I also must strengthen my lower body. My upper legs and hips are very weak. That's what I need to work the most!

I've just moved back to Austin from Albuquerque.  I can't wait to get started working out again.  I've been away from the weights for about 2 weeks.  I hope my body bounces right back into it.

I'm going to be working out at home now as opposed to Planet Fitness, therefore my workout is...
