I started out to feed my ego. I simply wanted to look good. Now I want to be healthy from the inside out.
Why I Love It:
I like staying lean... I wouldn't mind gaining a little bit of weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look good and feel healthy. I also must strengthen my lower body. My upper legs and hips are very weak. That's what I need to work the most!

Hello.  I've recently noticed that my upper rib cage is growing a little too much.  I want to maintain a physique that protrudes at the pectorals as opposed to directly underneath them.  What could be causing this?  I keep my lifting regimen very simple with compound movements.  Dead...
