How I Started:
I was less than two years from graduating from college, and i realized that i really was not happy with the way i felt and looked. So i decided to get my shit together.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to stick with something and make solid visible progress. The feeling of accomplishment and confidence it gives me is incomparable to anything i've ever experienced.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday and tell myself that I'm not satisfied.

Goal (Long):
On top of having a large frame, i have been overweight for basically my entire life. Not exactly sure what started it, but summer of 2007 i decided i wanted to make a drastic change to my body. Since then i have been hitting the gym hard, and eating as clean as possible. I have made some good progress, but i am still unsatisfied. My ultimate goal is to look shredded and maintain a great deal of strength.
Hey man, I remember speaking to you a fair bit back. Just wanted to say nice to see that you've made progress!!! Looking alot better. Good luck with your future goals.
Heh slow but steady man, starting to read up on nutrition a lot. Lost maybe 4-5 pounds of fat over the last few weeks. How are your goals coming along?
Haha I haven't updated in forever and just started bulking up again. I figured you had a bodyspace because I remember you cutting up salmon in MRH in accurate fashion.
Your transformation is amazing, how much time in total was that?
have you been using supps? I just finished my first bottle of Lipo 6 myself.
