Overall Goal:  Bulking for the first time ever. Hoping to hit 210 clean then cut back down and beast mode all over your face. EDIT: Change of plans. No asia vacation in the spring to put a time constraint on my bulk. So i'm gunna drag it out for a few more months.

Fit Status:  went a little buck wild over thanksgiving with the food. but it was well worth it. scaling it back and slow bulking til february or so

How I Started:
I was less than two years from graduating from college, and i realized that i really was not happy with the way i felt and looked. So i decided to get my shit together.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to stick with something and make solid visible progress. The feeling of accomplishment and confidence it gives me is incomparable to anything i've ever experienced.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday and tell myself that I'm not satisfied.

Goal (Long):
On top of having a large frame, i have been overweight for basically my entire life. Not exactly sure what started it, but summer of 2007 i decided i wanted to make a drastic change to my body. Since then i have been hitting the gym hard, and eating as clean as possible. I have made some good progress, but i am still unsatisfied. My ultimate goal is to look shredded and maintain a great deal of strength.

Your transformation is amazing, how much time in total was that? have you been using supps? I just finished my first bottle of Lipo 6 myself. I'm just a mere month into my own transformation, feel free to tell me what you think so far. again... great work
