My goal is to lose 35lbs, tone all over, and basically transform my body.
Goal (Long):
I have been on many fad diets and of course they never really work for a long period of time. I was small most of my life until I had my last child which was 14 yrs ago and I still feel like I am pregnant today. I want to be between 125-135 in weight, tone all over, and see my abs again!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 35 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
22%

My trainer did my measurements yesterday and I have lost over 5 inches in a month, I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but I am real excited about it, because I know that the weight and fat soon will be gone :).
Sorry to hear about your loss. Don't internalize it, hit the gym and use that as your tool to release. You will feel much better after. It is a work in progress but just keep your eyes on your goals of how you want to see yourself and you will get there. Good luck!!
Thanks for the add - boring advice and may sound obvious but just consistent hard work in the gym and a sound clean diet, no magic pills or magic combinations of anything, best thing is to just stay active and eat right.. good luck :)
