Day 1 (12-week Transformation)
This is day 1. Gained a lot of weight while working here in Tokyo. My Goal is to bring down my BF level to 10% or less.
About 200lbs and 23% BF level. This is really bad.
Supplementation: Protein powder only.
No roids or any illegal stuff will be used.

The end of 12-week transformation and just enjoying my Christmas vacation in the Philippines!
Another transformation will unveil starting next month. The road to Tokyo Open! :)

7 Weeks out (12 week Transformation)
This is not good.. I'm almost halfway into the program but progress is so sloooowwwww. Getting a little tight but that's about it!
I need to change my program and diet. Time to buy those fatburners fast!

6 weeks out - 192lbs (12 week Transformation)
Finally, I can see some major changes after only 5days!
Added Cardio and fatburners. Removed rice completely from my diet and replaced it with sweet potato.
Still no visible signs of a 6-pack happening soon.

3.5 weeks out - 187lbs (12 week Transformation)
cardio now up to 5X a week. On Low - High carb diet. Working good so far.. upper abs visible. Will start kickboxing again next week!

3 Weeks out -185 lbs (12 week transformation)
Too much Muscle loss from losing weight so fast. Need to add more carbs on my diet and cut down on my cardio.
Still doubting if I can reach 10% BF level on my 12-week Transformation.

Getting there...
Carb up a little to increase muscle size. Reduced cardio to twice a week.

2.5 Weeks out -184.8 lbs
Stop doing cardio to gain size. Managed to increase strength on all exercises. Will start cardio again tomorrow but this time for only 15-20mins.

Replaced threadmill with kickboxing workouts.

Weight slightly down but bodyfat also decreased by 1%.. Last 3 workouts to go. Hope to gain more weight!
