What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
6 meals a day, eat every 2-3 hours, pasta, tuna, brocoli, carrots, olive oil, oat meal, whey protein, lemon.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
whey protein with dextrose, creatine and alpha lipoic acid all mixedwith water, it is the best protein drink which deleivers the good stuff quick to the working muscles u shud try it its cheap aswell....more

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
very rarely, some people who do it but who also are going through the pain barrrier looks ok, the others can be atention seeking

i only do back once every 6 days.. Mostly pull ups and deadlifts.. Back grows pretty fast on me on it's own.
