Got motivated by a friend whos a former royal marine..getting me fit so we can return join marines in 2009.
Why I Love It:
Works damn well,love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping track of my results,and seeing how i become stronger mentally and physically.

Thanks bro, I appreciate it. Diet is extremely important and key when it comes to getting shredded. Check out my second blog when you get a chance..it's got my diet and ab routine listed there. Take care, train hard, and let me know if you have any other questions.
