whats up man. I havent been on in a while either. I was in the process of changing my profile pic but havent gotten around to it yet. After I got sick I have been having trouble getting back in the gym. However, your message has reminded me what my goals are so I plan to get back into things shortly. Hows everything going with you?
I'm still pretty new to this stuff, too, but I think as long as you're still getting enough calories you'll be ok. I still eat 5-7 meals a day, and that helps. (I don't go NO-carb...I always eat a good amount post-workout and some earlier in the day. I'm just careful about what kinds of carbs.) I stay away from sugar usually unless its in fruit (I always eat 3 small clementines prior to workout. Its a preference thing...I feel better.)
I dont compete in contests;just try to stay fit.I dont think a high metabolism is a bad thing, but thats my opinion.Just be sure to eat clean calories with a high metabolism, and you should be ok.All depends on what you're going for.People that go through true bulk cycles eat tons of carbs.Theyll get bigger, but they wont always look cut.I find a balance w/ the lower-carb route because I stay cut but still build some. Its a trade-off.For a year-long cut with no bulking puffiness,I like my diet.
Hi and good job...someone has recommended you to cut the carbohydrates I recommend you instead to leave them because in phase of growth they are fundamental
my "secret" is just to keep a smart diet. Few carbs (with as much fiber as possible in those carbs), and tons of protein throughout the day to keep me building and burning calories (protein burns "hotter" in your body.) (always go for a liquid protein source post-workout.) Worry less about fat than carbs. You'll burn the fat easier in a carb-depleted state (ketosis). Its easy, but takes discipline.
Sorry I took so long to reply bro..this week has been crazy getting ready to compete in june..any way on to your diet question..It's pretty simple right now chicken and rice from the time I wake to the time I go to bed. You should check out my posts in the forum section I'll be posting all diet info there.
In all honesty I've never heard of the keto diet, I'll have to do some investigations on that one...I will be posting my diet and training split in the forum section for (training journal) check it out
Thank's man....and good luck with your goals too....I can tell you one thing about getting ripped and that's diet is key....don't forget to always go heavy
