What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I think the mistakes I made were: 1) being scared of free weights and 2) form.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Use your free personal trainer session at the gym to get the proper form down.

I work out mostly with my fiance. And I sometimes work out with my female friends who request that I help them.
