Overall Goal: I want to be lean and fit. This summer I was well on my way to reaching my goal but I've slipped a bit recently.

How I Started:
I lifted in high school but stopped when I graduated. Since then I've done mostly cardio with a few machines thrown in for good measure. I packed on weight when I started dating a guy who liked plump girls (he shovelled food into me nonstop, the horror!!! :D) I picked it back up again when my fiance and I started getting serious. He is a bodybuilder and his energy motivates me a great deal.

I want to be significantly leaner than what I am now. I have the muscle, I just happen to have a good bit of fat to go with it.
