On day 2 of a week off. This sucks. I miss the gym already. This break came at a perfect time though. I think I have a cold.

I broke up with my ex and decided I hated my unhealthy lifestyle. Now I love the way that I am!
I love working out because: (1) it's fun (2) it gives me a sense of accomplishment (3) it helps me get whatever anger I have out (4) it makes me happier (5) it makes me feel more in tune with me!
