How I Started:
A few friends of mine would always hit the gym when i started going with them i immediately started packing on muscle and was hooked from there.
Why I Love It:
I love to have the feeling that I can alter my physique to new levels. I love the feeling of waking up in the morning and knowing what all the steps i have to take to get the gym. I'm obsessed with nutrition. And i look forward to looking in the mirror and seeing improvement everyday!
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a vision of what i want to look like and knowing once i meet that goal. I'm going to want to improve and move forward from there.
There are plenty of days that i dont feel like hitting the gym. But once i get in there after 10 minutes of hitting it. I get that pump and i get the blood flowing and its hard to pull me out. after I leave the gym I'm always glad that I went and when i'm in the gym. i'm giving it everything that I have. So when i leave I know that I am that much closer to meeting the goals I have set!
BB Accomplishments:
Doing my first show! Getting up on stage is an accomplishment in its self. I was so nervous but once i got out there. It was a high that I want to feel again.
When i hear a new song that i like. i can see myself on stage displaying my hard work. It gives me goosebumps at times. but this is what goes through my mine while i pushing out that extra rep on my last set!

I'm working on packing on some quality muscle right now and add some size to my quads, calfs and forearms!
This is my work out partner. True beast. I have watched him come a long way since he first started putting it down in the gym. Real motivation and the drive of a monster. Works hard and has the genetics to do good things in bodbuilding. If you need workout, nutrition or supplement advises holla at him. he knows what he's talkin about .
This guy is one of my top motivations. He has a winning physique and knowlege without limits. Huge dedication! Gives me the motivation I need to belive I can do well in bodybuilding. Always willing to help a fellow bodybuilder.

RIGHT NOW I TAKE A SUPPLEMENT CALLED PREDATOR. IF I'M OFF THAT I USUALLY TAKE 200-400MG OF CAFF. I TRY TO COMPOSE MY WORKOUTS BEFORE I HIT THE GYM. Thanks for the comments. My bf % right now is about 18% according to my calipers. I want to drop a little while gaining my strength back. Once I finish this 12 week program I am going on a bulk to start getting proportioned.

I feel ya Kaleb. I'm ready to compete as well. Bulked up to a nice weight and ready to start cutting back up to see the difference. I know you been killing it. I already know you're hitting the stage in 2010 in rare form. They better watch out....you about to make a name for yourself. That's what's up. Don't forget about the brothers like me when you're a pro...hahahahaha.
Ya my cutting cycle was not so good, I have a good workout routine going but my diet was like a bulking diet so I didnt do much haha, I am just going to go back on another bulk cycle because I cant get passed 175 when i cut, so then next time I hit 175 I will look much better. I hope. Keep it up man, looking good!

This will be my first time competing in Ohio. I wanted to compete in October but couldn't. I am very excited as I have heard great things about it. It is similiar to the Pittsburgh show which was handled very well...long, but very efficient. The people were nice to work with and very helpful.
