How I Started:
A few friends of mine would always hit the gym when i started going with them i immediately started packing on muscle and was hooked from there.
Why I Love It:
I love to have the feeling that I can alter my physique to new levels. I love the feeling of waking up in the morning and knowing what all the steps i have to take to get the gym. I'm obsessed with nutrition. And i look forward to looking in the mirror and seeing improvement everyday!
How I Stay Motivated:
Having a vision of what i want to look like and knowing once i meet that goal. I'm going to want to improve and move forward from there.
There are plenty of days that i dont feel like hitting the gym. But once i get in there after 10 minutes of hitting it. I get that pump and i get the blood flowing and its hard to pull me out. after I leave the gym I'm always glad that I went and when i'm in the gym. i'm giving it everything that I have. So when i leave I know that I am that much closer to meeting the goals I have set!
BB Accomplishments:
Doing my first show! Getting up on stage is an accomplishment in its self. I was so nervous but once i got out there. It was a high that I want to feel again.
When i hear a new song that i like. i can see myself on stage displaying my hard work. It gives me goosebumps at times. but this is what goes through my mine while i pushing out that extra rep on my last set!

I'm working on packing on some quality muscle right now and add some size to my quads, calfs and forearms!
This guy is one of my top motivations. He has a winning physique and knowlege without limits. Huge dedication! Gives me the motivation I need to belive I can do well in bodybuilding. Always willing to help a fellow bodybuilder.
He's been helping me along with my path to my first competition. He has knowlege in every aspect of this bodybuilding lifestyle. Always willing to help and excelellent physique. He definatly inspires me to work hard in the gym and with my nutrition.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?

RIGHT NOW I TAKE A SUPPLEMENT CALLED PREDATOR. IF I'M OFF THAT I USUALLY TAKE 200-400MG OF CAFF. I TRY TO COMPOSE MY WORKOUTS BEFORE I HIT THE GYM. LOL!!!! Oh...well then we can be very good friends! LOL!!! I like the Broncos....just not so much when they're playin my Steelers!! :D Have a couple friends who back the Broncos, so I do cheer them on when we're not in the game!

Thanks man! I hope so. Im staying local, going for the Mr. Oklahoma title in Tulsa. I havent really decided on the show after that. Im still kinda testing the waters. Last year was my first show.

yeah man..the back is okay and the car is running fine now. I've been back in the gym...u know me. I wasn'ty going to let that slow me down. Naw man! It humbled me thats for sure. These injuries will slow u down. I can't let that happen again.

cool cool yeah sounds like a plan with ur future shows....far as supps think we're in the same boat,I'm just trying new things...recently started a creatine supp...see what happens with that.

What's good Kaleb? I'm good. I hurt my back last week bro. Was squatting at max and screwed my lower back. The next day, I couldn't even get out of bed. It's better now. No pain...just still a little stiff. The lower back is nothing to fuc with.
I checked out your video...man...you are killing it. The video was sick. Yu are on your way to pro status and there is nothing anyone can do to stop you.
