Overall Goal: To possess a body I can say I'm happy to be in.
Fit Status:
enjoying a weekend toothache. quite frankly, i wish death could numb this pain.

When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I would always walk around the house without a shirt and if family came to the house, they would always make a jokingly but negative comment about my frame, which I found somewhat embarrassing. My New Year's Resolution for 2008 is to get a toned body, and put together a modeling portfolio just for the fun of it. With that said, I'm in the gym trying to get the body to take aesthetically pleasing pictures for my book.
Why I Love It:
Cause with my changing body, I feel better about myself, I look better and I have more confidence. The sweating, the soreness...in the end, it's all worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep my mind on the finish line. I know what I want the finished product to look like. I see other accomplished guys on bodyspace with the "perfect physique" and I say to myself "I want to look like you (if not better)".
BB Accomplishments:
Having a peak weight of 156lbs. Never would I have imagined.

Keep workin hard my man...can't get big without workin hard! I know its a battle every day..but I found sleeping and eating right makes a WORLD of difference. Good luck bro!
My left shoulder also seems to slouch and seem more protracted than my right. Consequence of that is that my left pec seems bigger but I worked on my posing to correct my posture and hide my current flaws.
I have a somewhat imbalance in my arms. My left bi has a better peak but my right tri and more sweep. It offsets each other so both cancel each other out. I have plenty of imbalances in my body, the thing is I have to concentrate on my posture and form while working out to make sure I keep the weight distributed evenly as possible.
Don't look for results daily from my experience. I just focused on my daily workout everyday, thinking about what I specifically needed to work on throughout the whole day. When my workout came, you'd be surprised how lazer focused you can become. My results started coming after I was thinking more about my workouts than my physique then suddenly I got results when I wasn't looking for it.
Doesn't sound to bad to me. I would recommend switch tris with shoulders on chest day cause your shoulders tend to take a beating on back day espically rear delts.
