I want to get back to my college fighting weight and pack on a lean 20 pounds of muscle.
Goal (Long):
To be honest my goals are humble and pretty simple at this point. I've always been the lean and thin body type (classic ectomorph) but I managed to get some really solid muscle back in college...was hanging around 165lbs. Then the real world of getting a busy job and random injuries set in (who the hell expects someone in your gym to trip and throw a 45lb plate at your foot!?) and I comfortably settled back to my fighting weight of 140lb. Besides filling out my clothes better I want to get back my strength and I know that im doing everything in my power to live a healthy lifestyle. Seeing people on this site was just what I needed to light a fire under my ass. The people on here are amazing inspirations and the sense of community is awesome.
