haha ive been working out for about half a year so far.
The most important thing about getting stronger is eating, now im not saying you eat mcdonalds but you should eat healthy foods like steak and oats, ask your mom about it. Try staying away from chips and cookies and soda.

you havent been through puberty yet so it will be a bit harder for you to get strong. But keep up the good work and you'll be ready to take on anyone at your sport.
