When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
Been lifting since highschool, but got super lazy right after coming back from a deployment. Parties... a surgery... then depression.... so, in 2008 I got back into lifting again. I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being tired and beaten up like I just got hit by a truck... and knowing that in a few days I'm goin back for more. I also love how lifting makes my clothes fit me. You can immediately tell what I like to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I find new ways to lift and try new things. The ones that I really enjoy are the the ones that keep my motivation high.
BB Accomplishments:
I achieved a 18.5" arms and they get attention all the time. I'm pretty proud of them, but I guess I can thank genetics for that.

kaicho20changed Weight from 189 lbs. to 200 lbs., a 11 lb. gain in 17 days
This is me... weighing in a 275lbs of untrained fat... also recovering from 7 surgeries on my right index and middle finger.... it was easy to get lazy and fat.
This is me at 202lbs, and finally well on my way to fixing myself.
I'm glad there is a gym and even more glad for the Universal corporation (animal products).
Achieve 225lbs of muscle and still be able to run 1.5miles in at least 10mins.
Goal (Long):
This is going to sound stupid and unachievable, but I've always admired the physique of certain 2-D Fictional characters. They portray the ideals of great strength, toughness, and amazing musculature. I aspire to have a body like Guile, from the Street Fighter series... preferably from his looks in Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
That being said:
I want to work on my shoulders (despite my bad rotator cuff)to really achieve that cannonball delt look-- but not in just size, but actual definition.
I want to get nice obliques, with as little fat as possible (not competition level though). A nice 6-pack is the idea.
I'd like my quads to develop more but not so much that they touch all the time... because to me that throws off the balance of the body. Legs should be large but not awkward looking or overly bulky.
