Good luck in Afghanistan. I finally heard from Hubby today...after a week of the base being blacked out. I hate that... But keeps me running to help with my stress. In your 40's huh? Love having others my age to keep up with. TTYL

Thanks for the nice compliment. I am trying hard to get this 40 yo body to look like it did when I was much younger...before babies. Are you currently in Iraq for much longer? Much respect for what you are doing. Take care over there. My hubby is in Afghanistan now. ;)

Hey! Love your avi - where was that taken? Thanks for nominating me as inspiring! Never quit - I like that! Thats what I told myself today on the 4th set of 8 super heavy deep squats to failure followed by 12 double dip squats to finish. Yeah the pain..but like you said it's only the beginning! :)
