Since I was in the 5th grade I wanted to go muscle bound. People used to tease me because I was really skinny. So I want to obtain a solid physique. I also want to bring my bench press up to 315 and my dead lift to 450.
Right now I'm not sure on a split routine i want to do. I'm just trying out a diferent split every week to see which is right for me. But I'm going for mass. If any body has a great split I would be glad to try it. Thanks.

i am studying communication. my concentration is human interaction. my research class is sports communication pretty much parallel to sport psychology. i was in hawaii for the whole summer for the first time, a lot has changed on oahu...lots of construction.
anytime man, i reply to everyone that asks me questions, granted it doesnt happen very often, but i do... anyways, i think of this website as nothing more then a place for people into fitness to collect their oppinions and share strategies and techniques, so if someone asks me a question, i feel that im obligated to answer it, or i wouldnt be a member... and i hope that if i ever need any help with something, that u wont hesitate to help if u can
i agree with the guy under my about the lower abs, but also, do leg lifts (hang from a pullup bar and raise ur legs while keeping them fully extended) and eventually, if ur lower abs get strong enough, strap a little bit of weight to ur ankles
Thanks, and yeah I'm taking HH. Right now, its working pretty good giving me alot of energy. No major fat loss, I didn't expect because I'm taking just because it hepls focus for college and training.
