You are not as far away from competing as you may think! You just need to make a decision and do what ever it takes to get there. I know every lb counts on us shorties! LOL Don't worry about being "too muscular", it wont happen even if you lift like you are Ronnie Coleman, girls just aren't built like that naturally. Happy to help ya out! ;) Kim

Right now I'm helpming my bf get ready for the Jr. Natls and USA's to go for his pro card. I may compete towards the end of the year. My last nurtitionist messed my body up, so I'm trying to get it back to normal and balanced. So far so good with my new nutritionist! Thanks for checking in, when's your next show!
