When I Started: Feb, 2000
How I Started: I was overweight when I started working a Gold's Gym. The trainers I became friends with helped get me started.Also my mom has worked out for years and was always trying to get me in the gym with her.
Why I Love It: I like seeing the changes and feeling great about how I look in the mirror. I also love the pain and growth from training hard!
How I Stay Motivated: Competing in Figure helps me stay in shape and so does seeing my bf muscles!. I love the prep and being on a structured program. My nutritionist and trainer, Kim Oddo, keeps motivated during tough times.
BB Accomplishments: I lost over 35lbs and got on stage for my first figure show in Dec. 05.
