How I Started:
I became interested in combative arts in high school. I started weight training to build mass and real world power that could be applied hand to hand.
Why I Love It:
I love to sweat,i love the simple acts of pulling on my gloves and weighting the bar, i love the next day ache and the cramps and the nausea from doing giant sets of squats,curls and deadlifts- i love the pump i get when i leave the gym, the crazy looks i get from "normal" people who cant comprehend running 12 miles in a day for no reason at all...i love being mistaken for someone 14 years younger, but most of all- the feeling that 99% of all other humans CANNOT or WILL NOT work the way i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
believe it or not, female gym nuts and fitness fanatics inspire me more than Arnold or any other guy could. when i see a woman all pumped and in phenomenal shape, it tells me that here is a creature who crafted a beautiful body through hard work and perseverance WITHOUT the benefit of the natural testosterone i have- thus leaving me no excuse not to do the same thing.
BB Accomplishments:
Silver in middleweight division of 2008 Southeast Georgia Strongest Man. Im an off-duty superhero, dont have time for BBA's!

i usually dont rest. i recover while doing another exercise. it tricks my body into working while under stress. makes me stronger and builds SUSTAINABLE power working out without a true rest period. f...more
