Well, this past week hasn't been so well in the working out department. I went away on business to Miami and planned on using the gym while there. I only did one day and it was only HIIT on the eliptical. It felt like I needed to take advantage of my situation and go exploring a place that I...
I am doing alright!! Just trying to push hard through the holidays to be able to set up my plans for the next year. Other than that, just the normal everyday military stuff!!! How was ur vacation?
I am not going to take more progress pics until next weekend. I havent been to the gym in over a week (been away on business) and I am afraid of what I would see in those pictures. Hopefully, I will take some this weekend when my workout days go back on track this week.
I can't wait to see your progress pics. Try and not to get too frustrated, it takes time, just stay focused girl I know you can do it. As far as the gummy bears go, I have 25 immediately after working out with my protein shake, helps restore your glycogen levels. So, if you can limit yourself to 25 everyday and have them immediately post workout than enjoy and don't feel guilty. Again, keep up the great work and I'm excited to see your progress pics!
It was my pleasure to offer my support. I believe we can all use a positive comment every now and then. Fitness is like a marathon run rather than a short sprint, but one of the great things about it is that after a short while the benefits will start showing themselves and provide extra motivation, which helps you continue forward. Keep believing and achieving.
I just wanted to drop by and wish you all the best. You are really on your way and I believe that with your continued determination you will achieve all your fitness goals. I look forward to watching your progress. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. You are a real inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Kadie, you are doing a great job! I hope we can workout together when I come up and vice versa....it is a blasty eh? Keep up the great work! WOOT WOOT! -Your Best Friend
