I was that lil chubby kid who used to get bullied and punk'd all the time. At the age of 17, I realize I need to change my physical appearance and get stronger. I started hittin' the local gym and start messin with all the freeweights. It wasn't until last year where I started gettin' serious about bodybuilding.
I got my inspiration from my personal trainer Jimmy who was a formal UFC contestant. I started hittin the weights on daily basis.
Everyday is a learning day for me. You could say I'm still fresh to the game. I strive high to achieve my goal of becoming successful in bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I'm a daring person. I love to take that extra mile to achieve something. Whenever I hit the gym, I'd set a target and won't stop till I achieve it. The feelings I get after achieving it is amazing. I'm addicted to that feelings.
It makes my day when I walk into a crowd and everybody turns around and look at me. It's fun being too intimidating for others. But I keep it humble.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reminding myself of the past keeps me going. When I hit the gym, I channel all my anger, stress, and frustrations on the weight and just slamm it!
I drew this image of myself in my head, and I won't stop till I look 100% like that.
I want to lose atleast 15lbs of bodyfat and get back my shredded v-shape sixpack by summer.
Goal (Long):
I'll be really brief here.
I want to lose atlest 15lbs of bodyfat and build muscle. I want to have 18inches on my bicepts and get that shredded v-shape sixpacks. I want to increase my stamina, endurance, and power. I want to be able to bench 280lbs. My bodyfat should atleast be 10% by the end of the year. I will strive high, to be consistent and stay focus. I will not stop till I achieve my goals. I'll never back down.
