Some may say my supplements don't do very much; but what I do take, helps in the long run.
Every morning I take a multivitamin (I change it up every 6-8 weeks, I love GNC's energy womens and Optimum nutrition "opti women"), Fish oil with Omega 3 (1200mg) , CLA (2000mg), and calcium with vitamin D (1200mg).
At lunch I take another CLA 2000mg
Before I go to bed I repeat the same regiment as morning.
Occationally when I feel down before a workout I will take Cellucor's Super HD or D4 thermoshock to get me pumped up.
As always, I love my protein shakes (Muscle Milk light - choc.). I make my favorite in a blender with fruit, rice milk, and protein.
(I have a milk sensitivity, hence the rice milk, calcium, and Muscle Milk-lactose free)

It may not be easy but, it's worth it!
If you aren't motivated talk yourself up, find someone who can talk some sense into your head, or take some pre-workout and get after it!
