Overall Goal: my main goal is to reach 155 lbs (10 extra lbs) of pure muscle, and to stay cut. i also want to work on my abbs and have a perfect 6 pack by december !
Fit Status:
best chest work out ever , im so motivated , im reachin my goal nmw
i was always into working out becuase i had to stay in shape for boxing, but my close friend started geting into the routine with me and next thing you know were buying protine and working out for hours a day
Why I Love It:
becuase of the results, and hearing what other people think of my hard work. i love getting that good feeling of being whipped out after working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
my girlfriend keeps me motivated, my best friend who i work out with always keeps me going, and hearing what other people think always keeps me wanting to work out more and more
BB Accomplishments:
my whole upperbody impoved greatly since i started working out, but over time its going to be nothing compared to what im going be =]

Goal (Long):
i work out almost everyday and i take protine. im hoping that i have the body i want by decemeber and the body other people begg for by summer.
