k8edo314 I have not been able to work out for over a week due to a serious concussion. It has been driving me crazy. 20 min easy workout today. :)

dianadrysdale If you are consistently making your workouts and not seeing change you desire,your body probably isn't getting enough fuel to make the changes you are asking it too. Increase you calorie intake (increase protein over carbs. Muscle requires more calories to sustain than fat supply. Give your body the full it needs and I guarantee you will see changes! I have been consuming 2200 calories a day and in 3 weeks lost a total of 5 inches. Good luck! Aug 24, 2010 5:10am
