I will be doing a full year H.I.T Program 1 set per exercise to max rep, here are the first six weeks
Exercise
1 Leg Curl Machine
2 Leg Extension Machine
3 Leg Press Machine
4 Straight Arm Pull Over (One Dumbbell)
5 Bench Press (Barbell)
6 Bent Over Row (Barbell)
7 Over Head Press (Barbell)
8 Biceps Curl (Barbell)
9 Triceps Extension(One Dumbbell)
10 Wrist Curl (Barbell)
11 Standing Calf Raise
12 Trunk Curl On Floor
Followed by a 20 min cardio interval routine
It will be a Monday Wednesday Friday routine
Tuesday and Saturday will be 40 min Cardio days and Thursday Sunday will be my off days. |
