How I Started:
Well i used to work out back in 2000 then in 2001 while i was in the police Academy i stopped lifting and was primarily doing cardio. About 2002 i stopped all cardio and ballooned up to about 210 pounds in November of 2006 from about 175. So i looked in the mirror one day and said thats it.....no more....i cut back on eating crap and drinking and took up running again. Did a Biathlon in April and started lifting soon after. So far So Good

I Want to keep getting Bigger and Ripped...Never satisfied with todays results always looking to push myself harder and harder. Always looking to improve.

Well after eating to much over the holiday weekend i figured this week would just be a strict H.I.I.T Cardio week before jumping back into my H.I.T program (planning on increasing reps and lowering weight) Well it seems my kids put an end to that, i caught what they had and now i am feeling...
I will be doing a full year H.I.T Program 1 set per exercise to max rep, here are the first six weeks

1 Leg Curl Machine
2 Leg Extension Machine
3 Leg Press Machine
4 Straight Arm Pull Over (One Dumbbell)
5 Bench Press (Barbell)
6 Bent Over Row (Barbell)
7 Over Head...

I just got that one and no i didnt get no others. Wow you got the whole thing, Im ordering the reset like I said I cant wait I cant wait I wanna see your arms wrapped tight in that uniform sleeve
that will be awsome, i need to buy some more resistance bands or weights i origianlly bought ten pounds but they are to light now. Also I need to eventually get the chin up bar but im far from those. Deffinatly dont skip out on the recovery drink in orange flavor apperntly it kicks butt according to my co worker.
I do have it! The work outs are awsome for our line of work. the diet well i did the wrong level and gained 8 pounds so i have to start over. I would love to have a partner to do it with?
if your concerned about space dont worry I did it in my living in fron of the couch in a space of like 6foot by 4foot wide... If you get this let me know I would love for a partner to start it with me. A employee of my station started and wow the results he got its amazing!! He said pay attention about the diet part.
