How I Started:
I have always been into sports and my family was always very active. It wasn't until I met my trainer that I saw some changes in my body and now I am hooked!!
Why I Love It:
When I stick to a clean diet and consistent workouts I feel strong, confident, and sexy :) Also, my job requires me to have more energy than all the little rugrats I teach...working out consistently gives me that energy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I need to set a goal. When I see myself getting leaner and feel tighter its the best motivation for me!

Thank you You look great also. I am really just getting into training serious now. I always been active but never really made a workout plan or watched what I ate. When I see little changes that helps me stay motivated and keep working hard so I see improvements. what are your goals?
